System M Flex Cooling
The quick integration of many hydraulic components, the simple planning and installation are advantages that have made the System M Flex air/water heat pump a real top seller since its introduction. M Flex is less complex than comparable heat pump systems and still remains highly flexible. Many components are already integrated at the factory. In combination with the central ventilation unit M Flex Air and a hot water tank, a particularly flexible overall system is created. This means that M Flex can be adapted to the construction project at any time.
Now new: With silent or dynamic cooling.
The System M Flex air/water heat pump can now also cool. They are available in two regulated performance classes, with 6kW to 9kW and with 9kW to 16kW heating output and now with active cooling.
New: both variants can be equipped with a cooling function – silent or dynamic. With silent cooling, floor, wall and ceiling heating systems are used for cooling. Dynamic cooling enables higher cooling performance. It can be achieved using fan coil units.
The reversible heat pump can be used for heating and cooling for dynamic cooling via fan coil units with a minimum return temperature of 12°C and a resulting minimum flow temperature of 8°C.
With silent cooling, the dew point control is cleverly implemented via the Dimplex heat pump manager and the Smart-RTC+ room temperature controller. The minimum return temperature here is approx. 18 °C to 20 °C.
Silent Cooling
With so-called silent cooling, floor, wall and ceiling heating systems are also used for cooling. Due to the large transmission surfaces, no active fan support is required in the room and there is no noise (silent). The cooling water temperature must be kept above the dew point to avoid condensation formation. In the rooms to be cooled, an intelligent room temperature controller (Smart RTC) monitors the room temperature and air humidity. The required heating mixer then automatically keeps the cooling water temperature above the dew point calculated by the heat pump manager. Silent cooling is ideal for counteracting gradual warming of the building.
Dynamic Cooling
Higher cooling performance can be achieved with fan coil units. By actively supporting heat transfer with fans, more cooling power can be transferred even at high humidity. The cooling water temperatures are below the dew point and thus cool and dehumidify the room air. The noticeable condensate must be drained away via a condensate drain.

All the advantages of the previous System M Flex series are of course retained in the cooling version.
Intelligent Technology Integrated
Using modern inverter technology, the performance of the heat pump can be intelligently adjusted to the actual heating requirements of the building. It also provides enough energy when the power is reduced at night by a maximum of five percent.
Extremely Quiet
The speed-controlled fan of the outdoor unit and the compressor, which is moved inside, are acoustically decoupled. The heat pump system therefore operates so quietly that neighbors are not disturbed, even on small properties or narrow buildings. At full power, the outdoor unit generates a maximum of 35 dB(A) at a distance of 5 m,

A heat pump with an inverter works less when the heat requirement is low and more when it is high.
Because it can continuously adjust its performance, it always achieves the desired room temperature with the lowest possible energy expenditure - no matter what the season and heating requirements are.
This saves electricity costs, especially in spring and autumn.
Meets the highest sound requirements!
M Flex was developed for installation in front of a soundproof house wall and is particularly quiet even when installed in this manner.
The TA noise is fulfilled at a distance of 2.5 m when placed close to the wall in lowered operation. At full power already at a distance of 5 m.

Convenient Control via Touch Display
The entire system is intuitively controlled via a clear 4.3-inch color touch display. The controller intelligently integrated into the heat pump automatically ensures efficient and comfortable operation. Thanks to the intuitively designed user interface, all settings can be easily made on site. With the NWPM Touch network card, the System M Flex Cooling can be connected to any router via a LAN cable and controlled via a smart device.
Smartly Controlled: The Dimplex Home App
With the Dimplex Home app, the control of the heat pump system can be accessed at any time and from anywhere. Using the intuitively designed app interface, different temperatures can be set for individual rooms, heating can be scheduled to start at specific times or holiday mode can be activated, even when the residents are away. The premium version of the app for installers also has automatic notification of faults, graphical evaluation of device data and troubleshooting assistance.

When designing, M Flex placed emphasis on the use of high-quality materials and excellent workmanship. Clearly accentuated surfaces and subtle colors ensure the typical Dimplex product design.
The indoor and outdoor units were designed to be extremely space-saving and compact. The indoor unit takes up no more space than a standard washing machine.
Space-Saving Indoor Unit
All important components are already installed in the System M Flex internal unit at the factory. The ready-to-connect heat pump hydraulics with cooling circuit and hydraulic unit ensure a high level of operational safety with minimal space requirements. This saves time and money during installation. The indoor and outdoor units are connected via a refrigerant line up to ten meters long. No complex core drilling is necessary. The compact dimensions as well as the usual excellent workmanship and clear design complete the modern look of the System M Flex Cooling. Intuitive operation is carried out via the 4.3-inch color touch display. The 9-16 kW variant achieves the highest efficiency class A+++ in a low-temperature application.

Practical Wall Console
