Our service does not end with the delivery and commissioning of your system. We provide customized maintenance to ensure that your system continues to do its job without any problems for years to come.
Heat pump systems
The Dimplex maintenance offer includes:
- Leak test. According to Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014. We check whether your refrigeration pipe is really tight.
- Heat source (air, brine, water). We check the cleanliness of the heat source inlet (fins, fan, filter).
- Condensate and filter. Check whether the condensate drains properly at sub-zero temperatures and whether your heat pump dirt filter is cleaned.
- Heat pump controller. Optimizing the efficiency of your system.
- Electrics. Proper functioning of the power supply. Checking electrical components for damage and wear.
- Spare Parts. Additional discount of 10%.
When does a leak test have to be carried out for my system?
Test intervals according to EU Regulation 517/2014
Heat pumps and cooling units work with a refrigerant circuit. This cycle contains a refrigerant that is known as a greenhouse gas and is not allowed to enter the environment. Depending on the system/device type, a leak test must therefore be carried out at intervals of 3 – 12 months.
The following leak test schedule calculator will help you find the right interval for your system/device. All necessary information can be found on the nameplate of the system/device or in your documents. If there is no information about this on the nameplate, the system/device is considered not hermetically sealed .
The EU regulation requires that leak tests and maintenance work carried out on the system be documented. So that you can fulfill your documentation obligation, we provide you with a system logbook in the downloads below .
