Seminar contents:
- Theoretical focus of the basic course:
- Fundamentals of thermodynamics
- Fundamentals of the refrigerant circuit
- Function of the main components of the refrigerant circuit
- Components of the refrigerant circuit
- Refrigerants, lubricants and heat transfer fluids
- Practical focus of the basic course:
- Connection techniques: Brazing and flanging
- Bending
- Recording the circuit process and entering h, lg p diagrams
- Setting pressure switches (safety device to prevent excessive pressure)
- Function test of pressure switches
- Leak test
- Filling and removing refrigerant
- Technical documentation

Duration: 24 - 28 February 2025 (1 week)
Monday 11:00 to 16:00
Tuesday-Thursday 8:00 to 16:00
Friday 8:00 to 13:00
Aim of the seminar:
By attending the basic course, the proof of at least 4 years of professional experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technology from a company registered in the register of refrigeration engineers can be waived.
After attending the basic course, the advanced course KAT II with subsequent examination can also be attended without this proof.
Prerequisite:
Persons,
who have successfully completed vocational training in an electrical or metal trade or supply engineering profession (according to §5(2) - 1 ChemKlimaschutzV)
(Proof of the necessary professional qualifications must be submitted after registration by the start of the seminar at the latest).

850 EUR (includes overnight stay with breakfast and catering during the seminar)
