The ZL-M 325 central domestic ventilation unit with heat recovery is ideal for controlled ventilation of residential buildings and apartments up to 200 m² as well as meeting and waiting rooms for up to eight people. Thanks to its design, the central home ventilation system can be installed upright, vertically suspended or horizontally. The ZL-M 325 is controlled via a separately ordered control panel. Thanks to efficient constant volume flow controlled EC fans with three fan stages, air volumes can be individually programmed for each stage. The device is particularly efficient thanks to heat recovery from the exhaust air with a cross-counterflow heat exchanger with a heat recovery efficiency of up to 90 %. The ZL-M 325 central home ventilation system is equipped as standard with clever functions such as anti-icing protection with automatic defrosting, a comprehensive self-diagnosis system, exhaust air temperature monitoring to protect the residential unit from cooling down in winter and an integrated automatic summer bypass with adjustable switching temperature to interrupt heat recovery in summer. A laptop can be connected to the central home ventilation system via a USB port in order to install the commissioning software and carry out software updates. The EPP housing complies with fire class B1.
